On July 20th, Ukrainian Women in Tech hosted a delightful picnic, and it was a fantastic day spent in great company. We were thrilled to welcome new acquaintances and share our experiences in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

The picnic was a wonderful opportunity to play games, get to know each other better, and bond with the families and friends of our community members. Laughter, joy, and meaningful conversations filled the air as we enjoyed the beautiful weather and each other’s company.

On June 11th, we had the pleasure of hosting the "Library of IT Professions" event. This gathering was dedicated to exploring various careers in the IT sector, offering a deep dive into the roles of product managers, programmers, and designers.

Our attendees had the opportunity to learn about the specifics of each profession, understanding the differences in roles across different companies. The discussions covered a variety of topics, including what a typical workday looks like, the challenges faced in these professions, and valuable advice for aspiring IT professionals.

Oh, how much fun we had together! Once again, another successful event was organized by Ukrainian Women in Tech and hosted by Agile Search. We explored and connected with our inner selves, creating a memorable and enriching experience.

During the event, we had the privilege of being guided by the remarkable Iryna Bokova, a designer with over a decade of expertise in various digital domains. Her passion extends beyond the digital canvas to include macro photography and painting. Her guidance helped us delve deep into understanding our inner critics.

The unique session allowed us to:

🎨 Transform with Neurographics: We utilized this innovative technique to alter the voice of our inner critics, making them more supportive and gentle.
